Hi, I’m matt
Founder & Coach
I created RECESS to combine the love I have for fitness with the passion I have for teaching kids. It gives me a chance to show kids how much fun fitness and sports can be! RECESS provides structured physical activity programs to build a foundation for a healthy, active life.
Building Confidence
RECESS impacts children in multiple ways. Giving them the tools to achieve success in fitness and building confidence. It is a place for everyone to work on their skills, whether it be hand-eye coordination, balance, agility, plyometrics, teamwork, and so much more. I believe the combination of fitness, building confidence and growth mindset is what separates RECESS from the rest.
